작년엔 세척도 깨끗했고, 배추가 크고, 파란 겉잎도 있어 김장김치를 잘 담아 좋았습니다.   금년에도 망설임없이 구매했는데, 금년배추는 받아보니 세척상태도 많이 좋치않아 배추 사이사이 이물질이 많이 있어 일일이 골라 빼느라 짜증도 나고, 배추도 작고, 겉잎이 하나도 없어 많이 실망스러웠네요. 

 

배추를 구매하면서 고춧가루도 주문했는데 같이 배송되는지 알수 없어 메세지도 남겼는데 연락도 없고, 물론 배추 배송될때 같이 오긴 했습니다만 이번 김장엔 고추씨를 좀 넣어볼까 했는데 고추씨는 없었네요.  고추씨대신 생강을 주신것은 감사합니다.  하지만 대신하는 상품에 대한 언질은 있어야하는 것 아닌지요.

 

그리고 배추가 배송된지 일주일이 지났는데 오늘 11월30일 배송이 온다는 메세지가 떴네요.  오류이겠죠.  배송업체도 안내에는 로젠택배인데 cj 택배로 왔구요.  바쁘시더라도 온라인의 정확한 정보기재를 부탁드립니다.  개인적으로 저희 지역의 로젠택배는 아파트인데도 배달해주지 않고 항상 관리실에 놓고 도망(?)가서  노심초사 했는데 다행히도 cj택배라 안심했지요.

    스팸글 안녕하세요 고객님. 사용에 불편드려서 정말 죄송합니다. 택배사는 그동안 로젠택배를 사용하면서 문제점이 많아서 절임배추 판매시작하면서 중간에 바꿨으며 배추수확하고 하느라 정신없이 지나가버려 미쳐 수정을 못했습니다.올해 여러가지로 미흡한점이 많았습니다. 불편드려 거듭 사과드립니다.
